Precious moments

We now started reading bed time stories for Calvin every time before he goes off to bed. It turns out that he loves books:) and I enjoy reading to him before I put him down to sleep he sometimes even reads with me in a loud baby voice while trying to grab ripping the page at times. my little goof ball :)

Ps: I still need a lot of work on my character voice... Crack my self up... (good think no one is around;> and Calvin is a baby i still have time to practice)

Hat number two 

I enjoyed making this hat for my baby calvin :) it'll be perfect for fall and winter! 

                I will protect u until u are grown and then ill let u fly free but LOVING YOU that is for ALWAYS!

Made my first crochet hat and love it! Thank you to Nellie for taking her time to teach me! Now on to the next hat making one for my baby boy coming soon :)

Husband

My wonderful husband and a brand new dad. I pray to God and thank him everyday for blessing me with such a wonderful man. I don't deserve him but by grace alone i have him. I never considered my self as a strong woman. Reading joshua 19 its talks about how God knows exactly what each person needs and can care for. He doesn’t give you more than you can handle. He gives us only what we are capable of managing. As your capabilities grow, he may choose to give you more. I believe that God has seen that and this is why he chose this man to be my partner in life. Every night I ask Jesus to guide me in this jerney to becoming the best Godly like wife and mom I can be for my family.

I had two of my cousins over with their kids total 41/2 little once two running around, one is still chillin in mommy's belly, the princes is always sleeping getting her beauty sleep on, and mine is now lifting his head trying to get up.

I feel so blessed having these two wonderful ladies live so close to me!

   Summer walks 

Here are some of my baby boys new born pictures. He was just 2 weeks here i remember those first two weeks were the most fastest two weeks of my life and the most hurtful two weeks of my life(lots of sad and happy tears). There is something about that newborn smell, that tiny newborn stretch that they do as they are waking up every morning and every nap, their need of wanting to be held and cradled close, those little eyes that stare at u when u feed the tiny thing. It just going by  too quickly... as a new mom im looking forward to how the next  little phase is like. 

This whole new parents is bran new to us both.But we are trying to enjoy every moment  as much as we possible can as we grow together! For some we might not be the most perfect parents but we sure are trying our best to get  there together as a family.

My most favorite part about becoming a mother to my beautiful child Calvin, is seeing my man take on the daddy role in our house, over the past 10 weeks now or should i say almost a year since he has been taking care of me while pregnant, and now taking great care of both of us. The way he loves his son. Especially seeing him  make Calvin smile every time he gets home from work melts me every time :). Andre has sure grown up a lot since we had our little one, not only as a dad but as a husband! I love this man more and more everyday... Calvin and I are the most luckiest ppl on earth to have a daddy and a husband like him <3.

I knew i would love him before he arrived, before i held him for the first time, but i wasn't prepared for him to steal my heart the way he did. Now that i have him i can get enough of him.

It's true they say, they just get cuter and cuter and it just keeps getting better and better as they grow older and older. I still wish they wouldn't fly by so quickly...

Trip to Dallas TX

Andre was sent for work to Dallas for a week. While i was 7 months pregnant with our little boy witch we didn't know at the time that it was going to be a boy. We both don't like to be away from each other. So he decided to invite me along. The timing was perfect i have just stepped down from a managing position, which meant i can choose my own hours and request as many days as i want (well almost :p)  I few down to TX few days later. In those few days i missed him so much that i thought the plane is not fling fast enough, and the cars are definitely not driving as fast enough for me. Once i got to TX i feel IN LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT! The architecture was amazing haven't seen anything like it here in WA. So many beautiful green trees the breas was just perfect in a 80 degree weather. The food was delicious home made country style, i can still smell it my mouth is watering just thinking about their food. My favorite lunch there was their ribs, cord roasted on the open fire, with sweet beans ;)!!! The ppl there are just so sweet wont walk by with our a smile or a hello.

        

 My favorite art of my trip was me time time when i finally got a chance to finish my book, hanging out by the pool  and go on walks around the hotel for about 8 hours while my sweetheart was at work.

  Before we went back home to WA we had to make one more trip witch was to me some boots :) a girl cant come to TX and go home with out her favorite pair of boots. Hunny was so helpful helping me put on and take off the boots lets just say it was a process (maybe about 2-3 hours ). Its funny how hard it got when it was coming closer to my due date couldn't even put on my own socks with out the bump getting in my way.
we did a lot of driving around the city visiting malls, museums, best places to eat.  It's such a beautiful little city. I'd love to get to know it better. This is definitely the first but surly not the last visit to TX Dallas...
